TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement
By engaging Assist Flow for services you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
Assist Flow provides done-for-you AI outbound email campaign management. This includes lead list building, AI-personalised email copywriting, campaign setup, automated follow-ups, and interested reply flagging. Specific deliverables are outlined in your chosen package at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
Section 3.1 — Updated: The setup fee is due before any work begins. No campaign setup will commence until the setup fee has been received in full. The setup fee is non-refundable except in the case where our 30-day guarantee conditions are met as outlined in Section 5.3.2 Monthly retainer payments are due on the same date each month. Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date will result in your campaign being paused until payment is received. 3.3 All prices are listed in USD. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Policy
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainers are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel mid-month your service will continue until the end of that billing period. Section 5 — Updated: If we do not generate at least one interested lead within your first 30 days of active campaigning, we will refund your setup fee in full. This guarantee applies only to the first billing month and requires that all onboarding information was provided accurately and on time by the client. Outside of this guarantee, the setup fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. No Guarantee of Specific Results
While we are committed to delivering the best possible results, Assist Flow does not guarantee a specific number of leads, meetings, or clients. Outbound email performance depends on factors including your industry, offer, and target market, some of which are outside our control.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate business and target audience information during onboarding
• Respond to interested leads in a timely manner
• Ensure their product or service is legitimate and legally compliant
• Not use Assist Flow's services for spam, illegal activity, or misleading outreach
8. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel services with 14 days written notice via email. Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of a paid billing period.
9. Intellectual Property
All campaign strategies, email copy, and systems created by Assist Flow remain the intellectual property of Assist Flow unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, campaign data, and client details strictly confidential and not disclose them to any third party.
11. Limitation of Liability
Assist Flow's total liability to the client shall not exceed the total amount paid in the most recent billing month. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services.
12. Changes To These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email with 14 days notice.
